2 amazing oatmeal recipes for healthy VEGAN breakfasts

Hey Guys!

First of all, sorry for the poor pictures…I made the oatmeal in my parents house and right after I made these beauties, I realized I left my camera at home. So sorry.

I haven’t made any posts in the last month. The reason is my life turned upside down a little, I moved to England and there were a lot to handle! But now I’m back and I’m ready to share the recipes of my favourite oatmeal.

So here’s the thing that I love about oatmeal: they are amazing because there is so many ways how to make them and I can always use what I have at home. There’s no right or wrong.

When I’m having a long day I always make sure that I have a yummy and fulfilling and still healthy vegan breakfast that keeps me alive until lunch. As I experienced in these situations oatmeal is the best solution. You see my favourite oatmeal on the pictures: banana oatmeal and poppy seed oatmeal.

Soo let’s see the ingredients!

Banana oatmeal:

  • 7 tbsp. gluten free oats

  • 1 super ripe mashed banana

  • cinamon

  • and you can add anything on top you want. Seriously. As I mentioned there’s no right or wrong. I added some kiwi, oranges, almond and goji

I’m not going to write a novel about how to cook oatmeal, because I’m sure you’ve already know that. The secret in this recipe is that you have to mix the mashed banana and the cinnamon with the oat and the rice milk while cooking, and you will get an extra creamy texture. I like using rice milk, because it is naturally sweeter and tastes really good.

Poppy seed oatmeal:

  • 7 tbsp. gluten free oats

  • 1 tbsp. poppy seed

  • rice milk

  • delicious fruits on the top

Again, there is no secret here. Just mix the poppy seed to the oatmeal while cooking. It is especially tasty with kiwi and oranges, but you can use everything that you like or you have at home.

I hope you enjoyed these recipes, however I know these are really simple ones, but I wanted to show an alternative to healthy and fulfilling vegan breakfast.
