so…I know it’s lame and everything, but I’ve just discovered overnight oats, and I must admit… This is just amazing!
I wanna share this recipe, because maybe there are some people out there, who live in a shell, and until this point, didn’t know about overnight oats. Like me.
Oat is always a great choice for breakfast, because it is full of nutrients, and it gives you a boost to start your day. Oat is a great source of fibre, protein, several B vitamins, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zink, and the list goes on. So eating oats is a win-win situation for everyone.
Recipe:
6 tbsp. oats (I use gluten free oats)
8 tbsp. almond milk, or any other milk alternatives
4 tbsp. Soy yoghurt (I used vanilla flavour, but again, you can use any dairy free milk alternative
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and put it into the fridge overnight, but at least for four hours. In the morning, all you have to do is cut some fresh fruits of your choice, but you can add nuts, seeds, granola, dried fruits, etc.
Tip: add some maca powder for some extra nutrients!
As you can see, this is a super easy recipe. I love it, because when I have to go to work in the morning, I don’t have too much time to prepare something healthy and eat, but this recipe makes my mornings much easier!
I hope you Guys will try and enjoy overnight oats!
Peace,
K
